burnt

burnt as u may see it but still it doesn't feel so. more swimming! more summer! more sun! still hoping for a big summer vacation. well, last friday was what you may call as 'bitin'. i played lots of stuff so my body still aches up to now. we swam, tossed an earthball, kicked a soccer ball, slapped a shuttlecock, baby-sat!, ate and ate..hayy tiring for a day..

camp adVneture!

we went to this camp creatives adVenture. it was held at ua&p.
i was so happy that my teammate and i were included in the top 6!!!wow. we really didn't think we would be included coz we thought that only one team would be included in a group with the same juror. actually there were four groups for a juror.then there were about 6 other jurors which meant that there were also lots of teams. we started at 6am! imagine, the defense was at 11..our roommates wasn't even able to sleep the whole night because of their work! and for us, we slept the whole night! hehe...anyway, our concept was about being stuck because of not reading. don't get left behind. read more, move further. the tvc was about these teenage girls strolling at the mall, chit-chatting, texting, and doing all those techie stuff..they were looking at some people doing like this--ask me nlng. it was like this hand thingy..basta... when they were about to go up in the escalator they were stuck in the middle..it wouldn't move! while the others doing that hand thingy could reach the top! why? because they don't read. they're stuck on what they know. the print ad was about this guy trying to move forward but couldn't coz he was running on a stationary walkway ( if that's what they call it)!! the others , with the hand signal could reach their destination! read more, move further!

first day of march

i never knew that march 1 would be filled with so much surprises!
1:45pm: first thing that happened was the announcement of our thesis grades. i never really expected anything much. i really thought that my grade would be soso or just ok having it in the line of 2...2 would be better than 2 something. 225 was on my mind. the time came when i was at the edge of my seat for our dept. head was announcing each one's grade. even those with low grades! hay, we all wished that we were not there to hear our low grade! and aside from that there was a projector in front that everyone else could see what your grade was!hay what a shame! anyway, after a little while, when surname's a-r were finished, came surname's that started with the letter s! then it came, i can't believe what i was seeing for i was sitting way back,what a big relief when they announced that my grade was 1.5! hay! i was so thankful to God! it was really not expected!
7:00pm: it was our esthetics subject and we hated it.not because of the subject but because of the prof. last sem i got a really low score of 3 having failed just one exam! anyway, our "prof" was stamping each one's paper when suddenly....earthquake! can u imagine we were on the 6th floor so the shaking was really really felt! i said 'shucks' so loudly that my prof got mad saying, o baket?' she didn't know that the ground was shaking for she was the only one standing!hehe! i was so nervous that i stood up wanting to leave the class! my classmate got his backpack already and started to stand up. but,,, our prof did not want us to, she said, stay on your seats!!!! i was thinking of what happened to leyte, that landslide caused by an earthquake...anyway, after a few moments of silence....it stopped! i really prayed that it would stop.. i was so thankful that the Lord anwered my prayer!
