phew! what a night!!!
we went to this fund-raising concert at ccf alabang. first i didn't want to go because i feel that the ticket costs too much.250php for 2 bands only and i didn't really like those two artists that much. rocksteddy and barbie..well, michelle texted and texted me to buy.carmel insisted too. she said that this is a benefit concert...and the profit will go for church purposes and so on..
so there, when i heard that lou was coming i texted michelle right away to get some tickets..i mean ticket.
friday night came,,,we were there...they had their tickets with them already but i didn't have mine yet coz i haven't paid yet. i texted michelle when we arrived. she said the tickets were sold at the 4th floor. so there we went.going out of the elevator, we were greeted by these foreigners. a man with his two kids. i didn't even look at them for i was looking for michelle coz she said she was there..but then, the man handed me a ticket.so i said, no thanks i'm looking for my friend which i shall buy tickets from. but he insisted on giving me the ticket coz his wife wasn't able to go..i was so surprised! wow! i can't believe what had just happened! i really thanked them..i worked HARD for that 250 bucks!
anyway, we got these really nice spot. we were standing all the time but could really see a good view of the artists.when rocksteddy performed..i fell in love with the band right away.i took pictures and video of their performances..i really liked the guitarist/back-up vocals of the band..jowi ramos..hehe..the 'lagi mo nalang akong dinedeadma' song really fired the audience! the poetic part was replaced by a really funny performance! after that was barbie's turn. it was quite a mellow-down for the audience. her songs were so soft it feels like she was just breathing!hehe..after that was the photography and autograph sessions! it was really a blast! we had this picture taken with the band and teddy himself! then with barbie...our pins were signed too! wow..and because of that i was able to treat carmel and sarah at mcdonald's! fun fun night it was!
